I gave a two-day workshop on the history and relevance of panoramic imagery (and stitching panoramic photographs and 360' panoramas in PT Gui) for MA Photography students at University for the Creative Arts.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the IS&T Archiving 2020 conference due to be held in Washington was swiftly converted into an online format.
I took part in three workshops as part of this:

  • Best Practices for Implementing a FADGI Compliant Workflow with Dave Wyble and Tom Rieger.
  • Open DICE for Imaging Quality Assessment with Lei He
  • Scanner & Camera Imaging Performance: 10 Commandments with Don Williams and Peter Burns.

It's always good to meet others working and researching in the field cultural heritage imaging and it was especially great to take part in workshops with such an international group of participants. Also some great discussions in the Zoom "coffee break" rooms!
